2KM PolyTool systems have been designed to meter, mix and apply high viscosity Toolingpaste direct from open topped 205 litre drums. The system usesconstant output, externally valved chop check pumps or screw pumps with electric motor dispensing on each stoke giving the machine a smooth flow of material from the mixing head. The unit is a robust, easy to use, fixed or variable ratio system. Designed to meter the product direct from the supplied container the system has an open framework allowing easy material changes and ease of maintenance on the metering pumps. The unit has simple to use control system with a two hand safety arrangement for drum changing. Mixing of the material is via a high flow static mixer block or dynamic mixer with servo motor both with automatic base purge to clean the system once production is complete.
