The product line ProcessGearMix (PGM) ranges amongst the most modern machines available nowadays.
The machines work in a range of between 0.01 up to 100 litres / minute. This product line is applied above all wherever unfilled, respectively lightly filled elastomeres, foams or resins are processed. There is a variety of applications from the electric industry or Rapid Prototyping via road construction and building protection to the most difficult application, i.e. the ‘offshore’ application.
Operators can be assured of maximum process reliability as a result of 2KM’s development and production of state-of-the-art computer systems for metering control, as well as decades of experience in all sectors of industry. The software can similarly be adapted to the specific requirements of individual companies (e.g. data transfer to a host computer, etc.), since in-house developments are once again used exclusively.
Thanks to its actuation motor, these units may, in contrast to the version as shown herein, be installed in a flexible way, e.g. closer to the site of application, without having to carry out important modifications at the machine.
Explosion-proof and EMC-tested control systems are also supplied by Messrs. 2KM in exactly the same way as the comprehensive Instruction Manual.
Wherever best possible product quality and complete documentation are expected, such as in the automotive and supplying industries, medical and technical industry, space technology, electrical and electronic industry, etc., product safety is a basic requirement.
This is why the metering of materials in the ProcessGearMix mixing head is permanently monitored by volumetric flow meters and controlled by a powerful process computer.
