Highly economical electric machines The economical ALLROUNDER A machines achieve optimum customer value, especially in fields where high performance is expected, such as in the medical technology sector and the food, packaging and automotive industries. The ALLROUNDER A machines operate quickly, precisely, cleanly, with a high degree of reproducibility and energy efficiency, as well as low noise emissions. Five-point toggle system: Fast and precise The five-point toggle operates at great force and speed, positioning with great precision and reproducibility. The potential for a significant reduction in cycle time can be exploited through the extremely short dry run times as well as through the simultaneous, synchronous movements of the clamping unit and ejector. The clamping force control generates a constant mould locking force. High-performance injection units All the injection units are equipped with independent drives for the “injection” and “dosing” movement axes. They are fitted with highly wear-resistant cylinder modules, available in several sizes. Plasticising cylinders are also available for use in the processing of thermosets and thermoplastics, as well as for elastomer injection moulding. SELOGICA control system with graphic operating sequence Through its graphics-based sequence programming, the SELOGICA machine control system, which is used across the entire series, enables the machine settings to be performed easily and intuitively via freely-combinable graphic symbols. Programming errors are prevented by means of plausibility checks. Peripherals can also be integrated into the control sequence. The SELOGICA ‘direct’ control system alternative with data input via touchscreen, diagram functions and data storage on Compact Flash cards is optionally available at no additional cost. ALLROUNDER A performance data The electric ALLDRIVE series comprises the ALLROUNDER 370 A, 470 A, 520 A and 570 A machine sizes and size 70, 170, 400 and 800 injection units. The maximum moulded part weight is 434 g of PS, the maximum dosage volume is 474 cm³.
