High-quality basic equipment The basic equipment is the same for all ALLROUNDER GOLDEN EDITION machines. It includes a servo-regulated hydraulic system, dual-pump technology, fast-switching valve technology, highly wear-resistant cylinder, a signal output for an air blast device and a surrounding guard that is open at the top. The tie bars are treated using the ARNOX nitriding process to provide a high degree of corrosion protection. Based on a list of options, the ALLROUNDER GOLDEN EDITION machines can be individually adapted to the specific production requirements. Dual-pump technology The hydraulic drive operates servo-controlled with two pumps for fast, efficient movements and pressure holding. This also permits simultaneous machine movements in order to reduce cycle times. The programmable hydraulic ejector is integrated on the movable side of the clamping system. High-performance injection units Pre-defined practical injection unit sizes ensure optimal material preparation and injection. Precision, speed and a high reproducibility for moulded part series are the strengths of the standard highly wear-resistant cylinder design with thee different screw diameters per unit. The rapid release couplings for screws and electric connections ensure smooth changes. SELOGICA direct as standard The SELOGICA direct user interface ensures quick access to all setting procedures and parameter pages. The operators are also optimally supported by the visual display with the convenient 15-inch touchscreen. Important features include direct plausibility checks, convenient operation via direct access fields, clear tabular and graphic displays, data storage on Compact Flash cards as well as access authorisation via transponder card. Practical machine sizes The GOLDEN EDITION machine series consists of ALLROUNDERs in practical sizes, each with fixed clamping force/injection unit combinations. The horizontal ALLROUNDER 270 C, 320 C, 420 C, 470 C, 570 C and 720 S GOLDEN EDITION machines cover a clamping force range from 400 to 4,600 kN. The maximum shot weight is 1,286 g of PS. The vertical rotary table machines ALLROUNDER 1200 T 800 GOLDEN EDITION and ALLROUNDER 1200 T 1000 GOLDEN EDITION feature a table diameter of 1,200 millimetres and clamping forces of 800 and 1.000 kN.
