The "Densificator" type MIXACO compressor is designed for batch production with the possibility of hand feeding waste as well as completely automatic operation of the system from feeding to emptying and further conveyance.

The system is designed for the agglomeration of flexible thermoplastic waste in the form of:
    •       sheeting
    •       fibers/bands
    •       edging material
    •       hollow plastic objects, etc.

The MIXACO Densificator is also designed for mixing and agglomerating thermoplastic waste with new materials, such as PVC-sheeting waste with PVC-powder, chalk, additives, plasticizers, etc. The result is a homogenous agglomerate, meaning that the compressor is able to create a specific new product from waste materials.
