The 7th generation of ZSK series from Coperion Werner & Pfleiderer like all the ones that came before, is again a milestone in the area of productivity. The ZSK MEGAcompounder series is ideal for precise compounding of polyolefins, engineered plastics and other continuous processes that require high energy input.

The first compounder with a closely intermeshing, co-rotating twin screw, the first with a gear pump, the first with side feeding, the first with extremely high screw speeds and extremely high torque.
The latest development, the ZSK Mc PLUS allows a performance increase of 20% based on the higher specific torque.
Different versions of the various ZSK series are offered. Basically, all sizes can be done with a separate control system. The ZSK in compact-version up to size 70 can be shipped with an integrated control system. This compact-version allows for a fast and easy start-up resulting in increased flexibility and cost effectiveness.
