Coperion Werner & Pfleiderer has raised the bar for productivity with the introduction of the ZSK MEGAcompounder. The ZSK MEGAvolume series is designed to complement the ZSK MEGAcompounder, and at the same time deliver the maximum amount of volume with the highest specific torque. The results: an even better cost / performance ratio, higher productivity and optimal design through the new, unusual dimensions.
Consequently, the ZSK MEGAvolume series is ideal for processes with a demand for specific energy < 0.1 kWh / kg and a simultaneous high volume demand, especially in the chemical, food and plastics industries.

Due to the deeper cut screw channels with a Do / Di ratio of 1.8, the free volume is considerably higher.

All sizes can be designed with separate controls. The ZSK in compact-version, up to size 76, can be shipped with an integrated control system. This compact-version allows for a fast and easy start-up, which increases flexibility and cost effectiveness.
