Engagement
Our process includes four stages to take you from product conception to ongoing production, developed to deliver you results:
Stage 1: Analyse
We discuss your project with you, from as early as product conception, taking the time to truly understand what it is that you want to achieve. From this point we are able to review those needs and use our expertise, in conjunction with our partners, to tailor a solution.
Stage 2: Recommend
In conjunction with our partners we develop a clearly defined scope of project, recommendation of equipment, suppliers and processes to match your requirement. Understanding today that financial factors are important, if required, we will also develop a price justification model, and finance costs for the project.
Stage 3: Implement
When you order from us we make sure that we project manage the requirements as they are detailed in the scope of supply. This normally includes: Planning; Site meetings; Procurement; Logistics; Installation & Commission; Training; Production verification & sign off and Feedback.
Stage 4: Support
Comtec IPE continues to support your production with factory trained technicians providing: Telephone support; Routine service; Maintenance service; Documentation, and Further training.
