Turning raw materials into finished products has taken a simple leap forward.
Rotoline has engineered a straight forward approach to increase production and decrease cost. Their Shuttle machine has the highest productivity and efficiency due to an innovative circular oven and heavy duty Arm/Cart design. The Rotoline shuttle machines are unchallenged in productivity, cost and durability by any other worldwide recognised Rotomoulding machine.

The Rotoline Difference

Rotoline’s circular oven has no “dead space” and is the most efficient in the market. This can provide up to 20% more fuel efficiency in an ever increasing energy conscious economy.

Rotoline’s oven has “reverse air re-circulation” for more efficient heat distribution. It is like the difference between a conventional oven and a convection oven. Imagine the lower cycle times that you could obtain.

International standards (UL,CUL, CSA, CE) are all met with the standard panel, which enable the customer to gain local technical support wherever they are. Allen Bradley components are used for their superior quality.

ALl wiring is integral and included with the machine upon start up, installation is a simple “plug and play” of connections to the main panel. Once power is fed to the main panel, the machine is fully wired.

All Rotoline machinery uses Maxon burner technology with physical and electrical redundant safety systems. Constant monitoring of the Honeywell burner control. As with all components; there is worldwide support available.

DC-SERIES XT (SHUTTLE)
Rotoline Rotational Moulding Machines were developed for rotomoulding any product in Polyethylene and other materials. The SHUTTLE design consists of two carts with dualstations, a central oven and two cooling stations. Rotoline Shuttle machines offer higher
productivity and efficiency with friendly operation and the option to work with one or twostations.

DC Series XT Features:

DC machines consist of three support bases, one for each station (CART) and the third to
a central cylindrical, horizontal oven with a diameter of 1.50 to 5.00 metres and includesoven fans and circulation ducts. The two carts have a central straight arm or “C” offset armas an option with three AC DRIVE including frequency inverters, double cooling system
with axial fans, spray nozzles, etc.
